Thursday Group

The Thursday Group meets weekly to learn and discuss a wide ranging series of topics, from Einstein’s theories to early medieval history.

The objective of the group is to keep people thinking and to maintain their spirit of enquiry. The materials presented and the ensuing discussion encourage members to think beyond their comfort zone and understand what is around them.

The sessions usually begin with a DVD to introduce the topic and then the group discuss the issues raised. Some topics last for some months, others just weeks.
